- Dricare 20% Spray is a topical product used on the axillae (underarms), palms of the hands, or soles of the feet. Before applying the product, it is important to thoroughly dry the affected area to prevent skin irritation or burning. It is recommended to apply Dricare 20% Spray at night after carefully drying the affected areas and washing it off in the morning. It should not be reapplied during the day. Initially, it may be applied every night until excessive sweating during the day subsides. After that, the frequency of application can be reduced to twice a week or less.
- Aluminum Chloride Hexahydrate, the active ingredient in Dricare 20% Spray, reacts with water to produce hydrochloric acid. To avoid skin burning, it is crucial to ensure that the areas to be treated are completely dry before application. Only apply Dricare 20% Spray to the affected area(s) and avoid applying it to recently shaved, broken, or irritated skin. Hair removal products should not be used on the areas to be treated within 12 hours before or after applying Driclor.
- It is important to avoid contact with the eyes, nostrils, mouth, or other mucous membranes. If accidental contact occurs, rinse well with water. Direct contact with clothing, jewelry, and polished metal surfaces should also be avoided.
- In case of accidental oral ingestion, rinse the mouth with plenty of water. Further management should be done as recommended by a healthcare professional or the national poisons center, if available.
